Meet the Team

I have been working in insurance for 20 years, working with some of the world's largest insurers including Aviva and AXA. In my youth, I worked as a site engineer. Away from work, I am continuously trying to wear out our 3 children, while dog walks and tinkering with cars keeps me busy. My secret to success is simple: treat customers how you want to be treated yourself.

I have 24 years of experience in the insurance industry having taken a 4 year break in between to raise our children. Before insurance, I worked as a bar steward at St. James Park, home to Newcastle United. Out of work, I go on walks and to the cinema with the children, and am into CrossFit. I stand by my motto for success: if I say it, I will do it.

I deal with all things admin and accounts related for the business as well as handling the phones, if you call the office it’ll usually be me that answers. I have worked in customer service and management roles for the last 20 years and made the decision to join the family business in 2023 (Michelle is also my sister). Outside of work I love spending time with my 2 dogs (who you will often hear in the background) as well as family and friends. My motto for success is to always do what I believe is the right thing.
